SERIES 3: CHOOSE BOUNDARIES
Self-discipline, choosing to do what you intended to do can be difficult when faced with pressures and temptations. By recognizing and setting boundaries, students can have a plan in place to achieve their goals. Understanding how their brains are developing and functioning can assist teens in setting and keeping their boundaries.
